I am very happy and proud to stand before you today at this special moment. This success of BMS today is not a reflection of any single individual, but rather it is a reflection of our collective hard work, integrity and patience. When we started this journey, we had many challenges ahead of us. But our goal was steadfast—to create a quality service or platform that would have a positive impact on the lives of the common man. It was not always easy to fulfill this responsibility and lead as a woman, but your trust and support gave me the strength to overcome every obstacle. I believe in the keys to success: 1. Unity: We worked like a family. When we are together, no problem is too big. 2. Transparency: Maintaining integrity in every work is the foundation of our organization. 3. Service: Our main goal should always be to serve and develop people. Where we have reached today, is not our destination but just the beginning of the journey. We have bigger dreams to fulfill ahead. I believe that through innovative thinking and hard work, we will make BMS one of the best institutions in the country. Finally, I thank all our members and well-wishers, whose tireless work has made us see this success today. May our progress continue. Thank you all. May humanity win, may our dreams win.
